FREE ADVERTISING: We offer free advertising in the GOLD COAST BULLETIN for the period the property is available for rental.
FOR RENT SIGNS: Where appropriate we erect ‘FOR RENT' signs on our vacant properties.
PERSONALLY ACCOMPANY: The Professionals Paradise Point employs three very experienced property management staff. We accompany all prospective tenants to your property. This gives us the opportunity to get to know the tenants and assess their potential on a personal level, it also protects you legally by ensuring that your property is never left unattended.

The four step process outlined above makes us unique among other agencies. We maximise your investment earnings by professionally managing your property.

Our management is all encompassing. Our staff inspect your property once every three months. We can attend to all matters relating to your property including payments of rates and insurance. Most tenants prefer to pay their rent directly into a bank account. Tenants who pay their rent directly into our bank account are telephoned regularly by the Property Manager and are also issued with a Maintenance Request Form. When a request for maintenance is received, we inspect the property and if appropriate authorise the work after having consulted the landlord and having obtained his / her approval.


We employ general maintenance contractors together with a plumber and an electrician as well as other qualified tradespeople for specialised repairs. Our policy is to employ only qualified and insured tradesmen to ensure that repairs are attended to in a professional manner. We rigidly scrutinise their costs so that our owners are not exploited and will offer them no further work if we consider their accounts unreasonable. Our office is open seven days a week and a member of our staff is always able to be contacted in case an emergency situation arises.

We not only keep in contact with the tenant occupying your property and the condition of your property, we also keep in contact with you. We have a great rapport with our owners. Our experienced staff will keep you regularly informed as to the state of your property. Our office features the latest in property management technology, giving you an accurate and easy to follow end of month statement outlining all transactions in relation to your property. Your monthly accrued payments are either paid directly into an account of your choice or a cheque is sent to you. So highly regarded is our property management department that property investors frequently ask us to manage properties that another agent has already found a tenant for.
